집적광학소자Integrated Optical Circuit (IOC)
The Optonics Integrated Optical Circuit (IOC) is a high-performance optical device specifically engineered for Fiber Optic Gyroscope (FOG) applications.
This IOC integrates a polarizer, Y-junction coupler, and electro-optic phase modulator on a Lithium Niobate (LiNbO₃) substrate, fabricated using High-Temperature Proton Exchange (HTPE) waveguide technology. This proven process delivers low optical loss, excellent polarization control, and superior signal integrity, making it ideal for precision interferometric systems.
With outstanding electrical performance, including low driving voltage and minimal intensity modulation, the Optonics IOC is also well suited for fiber optic sensors and phase modulator applications. Its compact 30 mm form factor, with scalability to even smaller configurations, enables seamless integration into space-constrained systems.
